Program Advertising Guidelines
Ad Closing Date: July 27, 2008 All artwork must be supplied camera-ready. If you wish our graphics department to produce an ad for you, or to make modifications based on a previous ad, $50/HR charge will apply. Ads not submitted according to guidelines will be subject to production fees.
The Celebration of Praise Gospel Festival Program booklet will be full color, printed on 80# Gloss Stock, Collated & Saddle Stitched (Stapled) with a finished size of 5.5"x8.5"

Ad Requirements: The only acceptable format for artwork is flattened Photoshop files, either: JPGS, EPS, TIFF, or PDF. Artwork should be saved to at least 300 DPI, and may be submitted on CD or by email.
Ads that exceed spec sizes, but are proportionate, will be scaled down. Ads that are smaller or do not meet specs will be returned. Solid Rock Productions will not be responsible for ads submitted incorrectly. Application, all ad materials, and fees must be received by July 27, 2008
